A quote or bit of dialogue, to me, is a tangible way of capturing the intangible. It can be a feeling, a fleeting thought, an inspiration. Ever since I can remember I’ve loved them.
Throughout my posts and in my other endeavors you’ll see me print quotes, some you may see repeated. Some by famous folks, others by regular folks or myself, and in many cases, by kids I encounter.
A question I’m most fond of asking follows, as does my most favorite reply by a 6yo girl:
“If you could do anything when you wake up in the morning, doesn’t matter the cost, or where, if you could do anything in the world, anything at all, what would you do?”
“Laugh!” she quickly replied.
And I couldn’t agree more.
